Blossoming Garden

At least you can clearly see this is springtime. Weather is still fresh but everything is alive again. The birds are performing 24/7.
Here are a few pics I shot yesterday...

Cherry Blossom
Cherry Blossom, I chose this overexposed one as it would do for a background. Perfect for Alex's haiku (Cherry blossom/Sweetheart/Give me yours).
Camellia
My first ever Camellia tree. I've been wanting one since I visited Portugal with my Grandma (should be '62 or '63?)
Quince Tree
I think this is quince tree in English ("cognassier" in French, bears fruits called "coings"). This time I chose the underexposed one! for same reason (background). Let me say the pictures aren't "badly" exposed per chance, I'm working on manual too with my digital camera.
Hyacinth
Hyacinth. Pretty colour, hey? "I" planted a lot of new stuff last fall. Well, Daniel the Gardener did :o)
Orange tulip
An usual hue for this tulip...
Tulips of many colours
A classical presentation for more fresh tulips.

These are beautiful, makes me miss Spring. :-) We are in Autumn now and all the leaves are changing colour. I can't complain though, we are still having nice weather, but I miss the smell of flowers in the air.

Ooh, thanks for the cool peek at your garden, kaNd. I haven't planted anything here because it's still been too cold (after some consistent warming up, I woke to 7 inches of snow yesterday!) and besides that, we're moving again. But in Eugene, where we're headed, tulips and fruit trees are blooming like crazy now. Very colorful.

Oh, very lovely. I love gardening. Our daffodils are past now and it's Iris, roses, and Peony blooms.
