LOL...yes, I didn't even notice the difference in spelling. I just really like it when Foxy thinks outside of the box. :)

Almost all, if not all, of our letters have different sounds and S does make the z sound a lot. Sorry, I've always heard people say that the American version of English sucks. I'm not taking responsibility for that one though. :)

"Thinking outside of the box"? Can you explain this one to me? I feel a "Very Bad Pun Indeed" cartoon coming... LOL

That term is used in reference to a problem that someone is trying to solve or they are trying to create something new. Most people will use ideas that have been used over and over and worked. Lots of times, they are boring, not new and exciting.

Thinking outside of the box is when someone steps away from the way that most people think and they use their creativity, imagination, and brains to come up with new and different solutions or ideas. When you think outside the box your consciousness moves beyond linear thinking.

Fox seems to almost always think outside of the box on the X-files and now Foxy has come up with a new and exciting way to get a DNA sample by thinking outside of the box. :)

A better explanation can be found at:

I can't wait to see what you will come up with. You think outside of the box too. :)

Thanks a lot for this explanation! I'm going to think (outside of the box, of course!) of a cartoon...

I visited the site the URL of which you give and noted,
"In only one case is in-the-box thinking necessary. This comes from a cartoon: a man talks to his cat and points to the kitty litter box. He says, "Never ever think outside the box!"

ROTFLMAO =^o^=
