I'm sure you read the very interesting interview Tony Farinella made of our dear Nick, at 411mania.com, and that biani un-earthed for us with her little fingers LOL

I made a translation for my French site and asked Tony if I was allowed to use it. He immediately answered in the kindest way. As I thanked him, he e-mailed me again, and as he talks of us Ratfans and of Nick, I quote his words here:

"I'm amazed by the number of Nicholas Lea fans. I never knew he was so popular and followed. I've gotten so many e-mails from Nicholas Lea fans and fan sites, and everywhere. I'm shocked by it. I've done interviews with a lot of people, and no fan base has been strong than Nick's.

"I just checked your Live Community. What a nice group of people. They're very vocal and passionate.

"Here's a note about my interview with Nick that you might find fascinating: Before our interview, he asked me where I was from and asked how I was. I know it sounds simple, but most celebs don't do that. They are all business. He made an effort to listen and care and ask."

He even checked our Live Community? How cool is that? I just hope he didn´t stumble upon my journal or the slashy content *blush*. Some people might not take that too well...

Anyway, thanks for posting these anecdotes, Kandi - it´s always nice to look behind the scenes!

"He made an effort to listen and care and ask."

How very cool. Thanks for sharing this with us, kaNd.

Actually, this reminds me of a VHS tape I was gifted with, of a con presentation Nick and Mitch did in the UK. Nick's graciousness to the host country and fans really stood out to me.

Oh wow, thanks for this, Kand!! That is so cool. I really admire Nick's professionalism. I guess that's why his success is so enjoyable for the fans, because he seems like such a genuinely decent and nice guy, you just can't help but be happy for him. It's very cool that the interviewer shared those tidbits with you. :)

This is so cool.:) I just knew Nick was a thoughtful man, but it is nice to
have it confirmed.

Now we know that Tony Farinella is very nice too. :)

I met Nick at a convention and he was incredibly polite. He seemed so sweet - which is not a word I'd use for actors. He seemed to be having a good time and doesn't seem to resent other actors' good luck. Tony Farinella's interview with him seemed to catch his character and his passion for acting. The information on how and why he decided to work on Kyle X/Y was really interesting. Thanks for finding this site!

I'm glad you all enjoyed this tidbit as much as myself. That's right, Tony sounds like a really nice fellow.
vestafour, it's biani who found it! She's very attentive and must have a year contract with Ratty or Alex to un-earth such treasures LOL
