A good opportunity to put some order in the kitchen and do some "vertical cleaning". Obviously my offensive scared the shit out of them! One night with bug-killer spray should do it.

I had these once and was able to find a simple sticky trap that lured them in with pheromones to where they got stuck on the paper. Worked nicely and I didn't have to resort to any dubious chemicals.
