I'm guessing 'wild card' means unpredictable or unexpected, like maybe it's different than anything he's done before. Go Nick!! Seems like the movie's really got a buzz going on. It's so cool to see him get so much recognition, and it sounds like his role must be pretty sizeable and integral to the story.
